Construction
Phase core:
Copper conductor, finely stranded, tinned - inner conducter layer of conductive rubber, insulation of dielectrical and thermal high quality, ozone resistant ethylene-propylene rubber (EPR), compound type 3G13, outer conductive layer of conductive ruber (thermo-strip); conductive layers and insulation are applied and cross-linked in one process (triple extrusion).
Protection core:
Copper conductor, finely stranded, tinned- jacket of conductive rubber.
Three phase cores and protection core in 3 parts (reduced cross section) laid up - inner sheath filling the assembled cores, compound type GM1b - outer sheath of chlorinated rubber like polychloreoprene (CR), oil resistant and flame retardant, compound type 5GM3
